Ann's Place, The Home of I CAN will be sponsoring its annual Festival of Trees on November 22-24, 2013. The event will be held at the Matrix Center, 39 Old Ridgebury Road, Danbury, CT. We will need volunteers in varying capacities from ticket sellers, floor supervisors, refreshments, set-up, take-down, etc. Please consider volunteering to help this major fundraiser. more

The Festival of Trees is entering its 12th year of successfully engaging thousands of people coming to enjoy the holiday experience. A major department at the Festival is the Marketplace. Hundreds of items are on display for sale. Most of the items are donated from local and long distance retailers and companies. this is a very popular aspect of the Festival as it encourages pre-season shopping more

Our new home on Saw Mill Road in Danbury now has a great opportunity for volunteers who wish to help with the outdoor beautification of Ann's Place. Our horticultural therapist will lead the volunteers to any and all projects including weeding, seeding, planting, pruning, etc. We welcome anyone who has the desire to help, no special skills needed! more
