Volunteer Opportunity Details:

I'm interested in this opportunity

Host a VALENTINES DAY BASKET for one of our 1200 children in the E. Cherry region.
We want to help every kid in our program have a normal childhood whether they are homeless, fleeing domestic violence, or in transition.
One way we try to do that is by helping them celebrate all the normal holidays with their peers, like Valentines Day.
To host a basket, we ask you donate a big box of 36 Valentine Cards for the children to hand out at school, and a big bag of the cuties Valentines candy ( the hearts with sayings on them) in the little individual boxes ( a big bag with 36 boxes or close to it) so they may hand out candy during their class party, just like every other student!!
The delivery day is until Friday Feb. 11th at noon, at which time we will be handing them out to the kids in the programs. Consider sponsoring 1 child, or getting a group together and sponsoring 10... every little give helps! Please pass this on to anyone you think may want to make a difference!

We have 1200 children in our region we need to help through these activities, with one every month practically, so please email to find out about this program, and others that we help with year round.
