Volunteers meet with clients who are eligible for citizenship for an hour once a week or during the citizenship class (2 hours). Volunteers are paired individually with students of KRM’s citizenship classes to study material for the citizenship exam, conduct mock citizenship interviews and practice speaking English. more

Volunteers come in bi-weekly or monthly for a few hours to help sort and organize donations used in resettlement. Donations include household items, school supplies, uniforms, toys, etc. The position allows for flexibility on the part of the volunteer as volunteers are able to decide how best to organize donations as they arrive. more

When refugees arrive in this country, there are a number of social services and medical appointments that they need to attend. Volunteers provide transportation from the KRM office to the appointment, but do not need to stay for the duration of the appointment. This volunteer opportunity is flexible and on call. more
