The United Way Volunteer Center is here to serve you, the volunteer, that Charlotte County depends on! In the tradition of volunteer centers, we also work to promote volunteering, strengthen existing programs, and assist in the development of new initiatives.
The United Way Volunteer Center works to build awareness and understanding of the importance of civic engagement, and to provide volunteers with a meaningful, possibly life-altering, experience. The Volunteer Center assists the community in problem solving by matching valuable volunteers with the organizations addressing the problems they care about.
The United Way Volunteer Center is an initiative of the United Way of Charlotte County, Inc., which was incorporated in 1966.
