When curative care ceases to be an option, Elysian Hospice offers everything an individual diagnosed with a terminal illness needs to experience a comfortable quality of life - in any venue they might call "home". We recognize that everyone is different and requires different levels of care. We respond by delivering the right level of care at the right time. Our service areas include Allen, Frisco, Southlake, Carrollton, Mesquite, McKinney, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Lancaster, Duncanville, Seagoville, Fort Worth, South Lake and throughout the Dallas area. The office is located at 16750 Westgrove Rd. Suite 100, Addison, TX 75001. Offering Training in the McKinney area serving nursing facilities, patient homes, personal care homes and hospitals throughout North Texas.

History:
Elysian Hospice was born out of the need to provide patients and their families, across our communities, with complete end of life care. Our team of professionals and volunteers work together to provide a caring environment that enhances the final journey for everyone involved.
