Helping Hands PHB provides free food and clothing on the fourth Monday each month, from 10AM until noon (or until 45 households are served), and from 6PM until 7PM (or until 25 households are served). Our volunteers also deliver food to another 50 to 70 households each month.

History:
Jackie Fritts started this ministry in February 2007. In August 2011, The Second Harvest Food Bank of East TN began providing food to Helping Hands PHB, a partnership that now allows us to give food to between 120 and 140 households each month. These households include approximately 140 children and 70 seniors.
