Understanding Special Education

Parents and Educators Planning Together.

WeCAHR is pleased to offer the Understanding Special Education (USE) Course including section on the IEP Team and Inclusion. This training is offered at no cost to parents and professionals (CEUs offered). It will consist of two 5 1/2 hour sessions (total of 11 hours). Topics to be covered include special education law and building an effective IEP in a collaborative atmosphere.

YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS. Parent stipends are available to help child care costs, which you will arrange on your own. Babysitting will not be provided on site.�Space is limited.

When: Saturday, October 16 and 23, 2004

Time: 9:00 - 2:30 p.pm
