THANKSGIVING FOOD SUGGESTIONS

STUFFING MIX - CANNED GRAVY - CRANBERRY SAUCE -MASHED POTATO MIX - MACARONI & CHEESE - CANNED CORN  - CANNED FRUIT - RICE -CANNED SOUP - CANNED GREEN BEANS - CANNED YAMS  - CANNED CARROTS - JUICE - BISCUIT MIX - DESSERT MIX - CANDY - THANKSGIVING  NAPKINS 

Please bring your Thanksgiving Food items by Thursday, November 15 to the Community Action Committee of Danbury (CACD) at 66 North Street in Danbury during the hours of 9-5.  For information contact Elizabeth Garron at CACD at 203-744-4700x106 or garrone@cacd-caa.org.  CACD will be providing food to hundreds of deserving families.

Interfaith AIDS Ministry at 39 Rose Street in Danbury is accepting Thanksgiving Hams from now until  Tuesday, November 20.  You can drop a ham or nonperishable food items there during the hours of 10-5.   The contact person at Interfaith AIDS Ministry is Mike Greene and he can be reached at 203-748-4077 or by emaill at iammichaelgreene@sbcglobal.net.  

Salvation Army Danbury Unit at 15 Foster Street in Danbury is accepting Thanksgiving Turkeys from now until Tuesday, November 20 during the hours of 10-4.  They will also accept other nonperishable food items.  The contact person is Bernarda Diaz and she can be reached at 203-792-7505x2 or bernarda.diaz@use.salvationarmy.org.
