Families Network of Western CT, is a unique free service to eligible first time moms throughout the Greater Danbury Area. Our skilled Home Visitors go into the homes of these first time moms with the intent of educating, training and providing these families with both child development education and parenting tools birth to 5 years. Research has shown that early intervention prior to entering Kindergarten can increase healthy outcomes and school success.

Our Nurturing Connections program is a telephone support program in which trained volunteers make weekly phone calls to first-time parents.

The Fatherhood Initiative offers an all-male group focusing on the importance of the nurturing male role model specifically designed for fathers, grandfathers and other male caretakers.
