The mission of The Nature Conservancy is to preserve the plants, animals and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive.
Description:
The Connecticut Chapter owns and maintains the 1,700 acre Devil's Den Preserve in Weston, CT that contains over 20 miles of trails open to the public. We also work on conservation projects and issues throughout the Saugatuck River Watershed area that encompasses some 60,000 acres from Danbury to Westport.
