Leadership Germantown is a rigorous, challenging and life-enriching year of seminars, visits, field trips, lectures and group/team-building activities that offer participants a unique opportunity to deepen, enrich and extend their knowledge in diverse areas while maintaining their normal work and family lives.
History:
Leadership Germantown was started in 2000 by a group of community leaders called the Great Germantown Commitee. Their investment in leadership development has resulted in over 150 graduates of the program and numerous projects that have helped the Germantown community.
