 The following states have reciprocity agreements with North Dakota where they would not have to test if they can provide documentation that they passed the test and are in good standing with that state: Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Colorado, Utah, Montana, Alaska, Vermont and New Hampshire. Attached is the form for the electricians who volunteer to complete.

Electricians from states without reciprocity agreements with North Dakota are able to work as well by taking a special test.  For details, call Hope Village Volunteer Center at 1-701-500-5206.

Other skills are needed as well.
