Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on October 3, 2012 |
Iron County Holiday Assistance is a program that helps provide gift and food assistance to families in need at Christmas time. Last year, Iron County Holiday Assistance provided assistance to over 1,000 children in Iron County. In order to provide assistance, we depend on the donations of community members. Without this help, this program would not be possible. Interested individuals can help organize coat and blanket drives, help with fundraising events, help with gift pick-up or help with cleanup. Some of these opportunities are one-time events and others are on-going.
No special skills are required for this opportunity. Children under age 18 will not be allowed to help with gift pick-up, though their assistance is appreciated in other areas. This opportunity is sponsored by: Iron County Events
