Care Initiatives Hospice

"Delivering high-quality, coordinated care with compassion, respect and dignity to Iowans and their families living with serious illness and loss." is the mission of Care Initiatives Hospice. Care Initiatives Hospice is dedicated to providing quality hospice and palliative care to patients with terminal illnesses or conditions, as well as their families and caregivers. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to serve the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those facing terminal illnesses or conditions. Care Initiatives Hospice is a part of the Care Initiatives network of senior care providers located throughout Iowa. Care Initiatives is a not-for-profit organization serving more than 3,000 older Iowans.   Care Initiatives Hospice utilizes volunteers as office assistants and direct patient care. Training is provided.
