Waterloo Schools are in need of 500 school based mentors to meet with students one hour a week at school for the entire school year. Mentors help students achieve personal and academic growth by providing encouragement and one to one assistance. They may work on school projects, play a game or just talk and get to know one another. Volunteers will be matched with a student at a school convenient to the volunteer.

Must be at least 18 years old and be able to pass a background check.
