Agency - St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care

Mission: The mission of St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care is to provide community-based health and educational services for children and frail adults, and to serve as a resource and support for caregivers. The Center, sponsered by the Sisters of St. Francis Assisi, reflects Franciscan values in meeting the spiritual, psychological, social and physical needs of all who participate regardless of faith, culture, or ability to pay. Services: Adult and child daycare.

Description:
St. Ann Center has been recongnized as a model for Intergenerational day services at the U.N. World Conference on the Aging and on the Older Americans Act Website. We have also recieved local and national awards. Over 300 clients are enrolled in the center's services. They include children, teens, and young adults with/without disabilities, as well as frail elderly, some with forms of dementia.
