Board Member Responsibilities:: • Serve as an ambassador for the organization and work towards enhancing its brand image.
• Elect and orient new board members, as required.
• Participate actively on at least one board committee.
• Regularly attend Board meetings and important related meetings.
• Provide strategic leadership and support to ET as it carries out its mission.
• Participate in fundraising activities, including making a personal financial contribution.

• Estimated total time commitment: 5-10 hours per month, which includes attendance at quarterly in-person Board meetings (approximately 2 hours per meeting).
• Busiest time period: Work is consistent throughout the year.
