Áegis' unique program, Optimal Living(tm), has six components that focus on leading a full and complete life.
Proactive programs address the issues of health, spirituality, beauty, humor, community involvement, and intelligence. These components give direction to our activities, our approach to health care, and our daily services.
The program is personalized to a resident's ability. Different levels of participation make it available to everyone.
The key to Optimal Living(tm) is realizing what makes a person complete and then making sure that the components are in balance and available. We believe in celebrating life at every age.

History:
Our community recently opened on June 1, 2004. Our community is just launching the volunteer program, however there are many opportunities available.
