The Friends of the Ygnacio Valley Library is an organization dedicated to improving library services at the YV Branch library in Walnut Creek.

Description:
Through funds from membership dues, donations, and book sales, the Friends provide the Ygnacio Valley Library with new books, magazines and equipment. We also fund children, teen and adult programs for the community.


History:
The Friends of the Ygnacio Valley was formed to support the Ygnacio Valley Library when it opened in 1975.
