ALIGN Hospice accepted its' first patient in December of 2009. Since it's JAYCO Certification on May 7, 2010, it has experienced steady growth and a reputation for compassionate, professional care of its' patients' and their families. Headquartered in Meridian, ID, Align Hospice services patients in Ada and Canyon County.
