The Shop Floor Instructor/Tutor will instruct in areas of machine tool (milling) operation, preventive maintenance and set-up in a training shop laboratory; and assist the supervisor and program manager(s) in the development of the shop floor curriculum.

Proficient on Milling Machines.
Proficient at reading blueprints.
Familiarity with the operation of lathes a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with people.
Empathy and desire to help people become self-sufficient.
Must be dependable and mature.
