The EXPO is a one-of-a-kind event in Snohomish County that gives volunteers "one stop shopping" to hundreds of opportunities.

  • Are you looking for a one-time opportunity, something for summer break, perhaps your senior project, or just an occasional opportunity for you and your family?
  • Are you seeking an opportunity for a group or just yourself?
  • Would you like to read to children, assist with animals or help a senior continue living in their home?

You will find these and hundreds of other opportunities at the 2007 Volunteer EXPO. You can speak directly with representatives and volunteers from multiple agencies, ask questions about agency programs and determine how your skills and interests can be best utilized as you help your community.

At the Expo you'll have a chance to learn:

  • Ways to volunteer as a family
  • How to prepare for a disaster by completing a family disaster plan
  • Ideas on how and where your group or club can volunteer
  • A quick and easy way to donate items to nonprofits
  • How to complete your senior project at a nonprofit and much more...

All day activities at the Expo:

  • Lions' Health Screening Unit
  • Paint the Volunteer Center Community mural
  • Prepare for a disaster by completing a family disaster plan
  • Disaster drill demonstrations
  • Binky Patrol will be demonstrating how you can use arts & crafts to help your community.
