Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Lynnwood Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department would like to invite you to become a Volunteer Ambassador! As a Volunteer Recreation Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to be among the first people to greet our guests as they arrive at the Recreation Center. All Ambassadors representing the Recreation Center and the City of Lynnwood will play an important role in the future of this beautiful facility.

The Lynnwood Recreation Ambassador Program will give individuals a unique and exciting opportunity to engage with the community, refine public speaking and presentation skills, build problem solving and leadership skills, and meet new people. The Ambassador Program is a year-round program and offers flexible volunteer hours. Recreation Ambassadors should be able to work well with people, assist others and possess good communication skills.

You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer. Volunteers are asked to sign up for at least 2 - 3 hour shifts per month. Shifts are available during the week and weekends, in the afternoon and evening.
