Agency - FCHCC

Franklin County Home Care Corporation, an Area Agency on Aging, is a private, non-profit corporation that develops, provides and coordinates a range of services to support the independent living of elders. In some of our programs we are able to also serve people with disabilities. FCHCC serves all of Franklin County, plus the Worcester County towns of Athol, Petersham, Phillipston and Royalston.

We are committed to:

◆ Preventing or postponing the need for
institutional care,
◆ Facilitating the return home after an
institutional stay,
◆ Advocating for elders and for people
with disabilities,
◆ Funding local projects, including Legal services, caregiver services and health and fitness programs


◆ Providing support to local Councils on
Aging.
◆ Diversity

We have been providing family support and home and community based services for elders and for people with disabilities living in the Franklin County and North Quabbin areas for thirty-five years.
