Our mission is to increase reading, math, and English skills in the community through tutoring.

Description:
We tutor anyone of any age who needs any kind of help with literacy skills. Tutoring is done by volunteers at La Porte County Public Library, schools, and other community buildings. There is no charge to the students.

History:
We were organized in May of 1987. We became a United Way agency in 1993. Adult education was our original primary concern. We now also tutor children and in English as a Second Language.
