211: Provides 24 hour, seven days per week information, referral, crisis intervention and telephone counseling toll free serving all of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
Elder Crisis Outreach: Provides telephone and in home assessment, service linkage and crisis intervention on a short-term basis for at risk elders.
