Volunteer Opportunity - Library Craft Program Assistants

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Love crafts? Love children? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you. MCPL is looking for child-friendly volunteers to help with craft activities during children's programs. These volunteers will be assigned a craft to help guide, instruct, and have fun with the younger children. Children and Family Programs are held on Saturday mornings from 10:30am-12:00pm. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 10:00am and depart at 12:30pm to help with set-up and take-down. If you like kids and crafts, be sure to apply!

Volunteers must be comfortable working closely with children, birth thru 10 years old. Teens in grades 6-12 are encouraged to apply as well as interested adults. A complete background check will be completed for any interested candidates over the age of 16.
