RSS XML FeedBackground Active Sep 19, 2011 to Aug 1, 2012

The Columbus Municipal School District collected approximately 2,000 cans of food as part of a 9/11 Remembrance Service Project sponsored by the United Way of Lowndes County. The students honored the service of non-local and local first responders and military with their own act of service in the form of a food drive. You can follow in their footsteps by delivering canned goods to the community-wide food drive this Saturday September 24th at the lower level of the Trotter Convention Center from 9am to 12pm. The food drive is sponsored by the City of Columbus and the United Way of Lowndes County. For more information contact the Community Volunteer Center at 662.327.0807
