Adopt A Family

Each Christmas season the United Way of Lowndes County and WCBI partner with the Community Resource Connection to identify families that have verified financial emergencies caused by a catastrophic illness, layoff, or other major adversity beyond their control. This year, all 15 families were adopted in one week. The United Way, WCBI, and Community Resource Connection extend a special "Thank you" to Financial Concepts, Liberty Heart Center, Game Time All-Star Cheerleaders, CAFB SUPT Class 12-11, CAFB Spouses, and all the individuals who adopted families.
