Opportunities with Legacy Hospice Of The South

Legacy Hospice is in need of Administrative Volunteers to assist our Office Manager in completing clerical duties. These duties include: answering phone lines, filing, preparing information packets/mailings, organization, etc. Volunteers may assist periodically during the week between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm. more

Legacy Hospice is in need of "Direct" Volunteers. These volunteers spend one-on-one time with hospice patients and family members. This experience is unique and truly valuable to both the patient/family and the volunteer. When volunteers visit a patient or family they may converse, watch movies, read aloud, paint fingernails, style hair, play games, do puzzles, make scrapbooks, sing, pray, and much more
