Description:
RAHN (it's pronounced "rain") provides a safe place for people living with severe and persistent mental illness where they can find and offer peer support, reduce the isolation of mental illness, and learn to advocate for themselves and others.

History:
Organized in 2004 by a handful of people living with severe mental illness in Douglas County who wanted to help achieve on their paths to recovery, RAHN now serves over 300 people in Lawrence and Douglas County.
