Somerset Treatment Services is a treatment and counseling center offering affordable outpatient services for substance abuse and HIV-rclated illnesses. Established in 1970 by Somerset County's Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Medical Society of Somerset Medical Center to address drug problems in the county, the agency has evolved into a multi-program clinic that delivers comprehensive substance abuse treatment services, as well as community education and HIV services.
