The Residence XII Board is seeking to expand its membership; we are looking for individuals who are passionate about our mission of helping chemically dependent women and their families. While we welcome all who can contribute to our mission, we are especially looking for individuals with finance and/or real estate development experience as we continue to move forward on our facility expansion. We are also looking for individuals with strategic planning experience for non-profit boards. |

The Board of Directors creates, maintains and provides oversight for the following:
a. The core values of the organization
b. The mission of Residence XII
c. The ethical operation of the agency using the highest level of business and clinical standards and practices
d. Fiscal accountability to insure the survival and future success of Residence XII
In carrying out these tasks, Board members shall regularly attend meetings, serve on at least one committee or task force, contribute to the resource base of the organization and solicit the good will and support of the community.
