Volunteers Needed For Greater Madison Area Free Clinic

The Touched Twice Clinic is still in need of interpreters, receptionists and advocates for their August clinic event. The advocate is the most important volunteer opportunity at the clinic and essentially acts as a missionary for the day, guiding the guest through the clinic, assisting them with paperwork or questions and blessing them through a gentle message of love. 

Touched Twice encourages you to speak with any of their previous volunteers who could explain even more clearly the double meaning of our name--because while you are touching the guests both physically and spiritually, they promise that you will be touched as well.

Volunteers should register online at their Web Site at www.touchedtwicemadison.org. Please watch the online training DVD located under the downloads section so you are familiar with the clinic procedures. All volunteers should plan on attending an 8 a.m. orientation the morning of the clinic (August 29).
