Volunteer Opportunity - Adult Day Service Activity Assistant

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Assist in the daily care of seniors with disabilities who are brought to our facility during the daytime for care, meals and most of all great socialization opportunities! Volunteers are essential for helping carry out activities such as crafting, playing board games, cards, going on outings, walks and more. Many volunteers who assisted with this program began with short term hours and continued on for years! This is a great opportunity for students looking for experience with older adults.

Must be at least 18 years of age; requires about 1 - 2 hours of time per week; must attend a one hour orientation.
