Grant Writer for non-profit organization advocating for Latino women and youth
Volunteer Opportunity Details:
Casa Guadalupe depends on grants to sustain its after school programs for youth and adults. Our Academic Success program for Latino students is geared toward students in grades K-12 focusing on English and math. Our English language learners program for adults provides quality one-on-one instruction for adult students in the English language. Our women's group, Las Comadres, provides parenting education and early childhood literacy and development.
We would prefer that volunteers have some previous experience in grant writing, but it is not necessary. Volunteers will schedule an initial meeting with Executive Director.
