Board Meal Cook Needed for New Beginnings

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on January 9, 2013

New Beginnings is looking for a volunteer Board Meal Cook. (This volunteer position is shared with one other cook.) This opportunity would involve cooking lunch, every other month, for 25 people. The board meeting is held at New Beginnings the last Tuesday of each month. New Beginnings will pay for the food. The meal can be prepared at your home and delivered by 11:15 a.m. that day, or you can prepare the meal at New Beginnings. The meal usually consists of a main dish, two sides, and a dessert. The volunteer has "creative license" to decide what they would like to make for the meal. New Beginnings staff will set up the meal once delivered, and will do the clean-up. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys cooking.

Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age.

This opportunity is sponsored by: New Beginnings - MN - St. Cloud
