Come visit our newly remodeled Assumption Campus which is conveniently located in the center of Cold Spring, bordered by a picturesque garden, park, elementary school playground and Community Senior Center. Conveniently connect to a walk-n-wheel trail for all to enjoy. The campus includes an 80-bed nursing home (Assumption Home), a 61-apartment HUD complex (John Paul Apartments), and a 59-independent living apartment complex (Assumption Court).

History:
The original Assumption Home opened in 1963, through the efforts of the St. Boniface Parish, community organizations and concerned individuals. Through the years it has adapted to changing needs. In 1980, through a HUD development program, John Paul Apartments was built, which added a 61-apartment facility and an enclosed walkway to or main service area which was completed in 1984. Another expansion in 2005 added Assumption Court, which provides 59 independent living apartments, assisted living services, indoor garages, a library and enclosed walkway to Assumption Home, a place where tenants can live independently in their own apartment home. Tenants have contact with other senior citizens through community sponsored activities. The Assumption Campus currently serves Central Minnesota.
