Keep Noblesville Beautiful engages citizens in beautifying our city, improving the quality of our environment and fostering pride in our community.
Description:
Keep Noblesville Beautiful (KNB) is a 501(c)(3) community improvement organization providing educational and community action programs to the general public in the Noblesville Indiana area. These programs help government, business and citizens work together to provide litter prevention & clean-up, neighborhood beautification and other services which help make our community healthier, safer, and provide a viable & sustainable impact on the lives of our residents.
History:
Keep Noblesville Beautiful (KNB) is excited to begin its fifth year of service to the Noblesville community. Volunteers, sponsors and government agencies have enabled us to further our goal of achieving a healthy, safe and beautiful city. We are proud to report that many projects have begun to take root and grow. We have planted thousands of daffodils at entrances to the city; conducted neighborhood blitzes, sprucing up properties through the use of volunteers; given away tree saplings and educational materials on Arbor Day; adopted a two-mile stretch of Highway 37; worked with local agencies and organizations to increase the beauty of our city and much more. A proposed project in the works for this year is tree planting, beginning with our downtown area.
