Staying Connected
Our population is growing older. Many individuals prefer to stay in their own home. Families however are much more transient with most having two workings members. As a result many of our older community members are feeling alone, in need of someone who will listen, check in on them to be sure they are okay, - and share a few minutes to talk. There is a sense of security knowing that someone will call during the day to be sure they answered and are okay, another way for them to maintain independence and feel connected.
