We have many types of recreational groups to engage our consumers to promote socialization, develop skills and co-ordination abilities and improve attention span. Some of the possibilities include arts and crafts, volleyball, ping pong, pool, lawn games, card parties, bingo and fitness classes. The volunteer can help with an already established group or start a new type of an activity that they might feel would be of interest.

An orientation and brief tour of working area would be provided. Confidentiality agreements must be signed. Each volunteer works directly with a staff member with a periodic review by the Volunteer Coordinator.
