Are you interested in social work or community development? Become a part of the Family Resource Center team! The Family Resource Center at Reagan High School provides student support services, housing assistance, parent support services, job training and financial literacy programs, counseling, employment opportunities and college preparation materials for students
Many of our students need extra assistance with their class work. You can tutor one-on-one after school (4:15-6) or with a class during the day (9-4:10). Saturday School is another option every Saturday from 9-12.
People are needed in all subject areas.
Two unique groups to work with are those taking
Reception volunteers answer phones, direct lobby traffic, work on clerical/small office projects, provide information, and help walk-in clients. Regular shifts of 3-4 hours once weekly; six-month commitment requested. more
Each evening residents have the opportunity to participate in a variety of recreational activities. Activities include: art night, game night, movie night, karaoke, and dances. Volunteers can assist residents with their artwork or completing a craft, play pool, the Wii, Xbox or air hockey, watch movies, hand out

Position: Regional Director
Location: Telecommute

Function: Advocate for the world’s poor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend one (30-60 minute) conference call every week with the President of The Borgen Project and Regional Directors from across the United States (5PM PDT, 6PM MDT, 7PM CDT, 8PM EDT).
