Recently, a patient receiving care at the San Antonio State Hospital shared with staff his dream of one day participating in a marathon. As a result, the staff at the San Antonio State Hospital has organized a March Mini-Marathon for patients. Volunteers are needed to assist with setting up for the event, walking with patients, water station helpers, and clean-up afterward. Volunteers must be at least 18 to participate in this activity, and will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
