Need a volunteer to sort and price clothing at the GRASP Thrift Store in Universal City. The ideal candidate will be available for a 4 hour shift any weekday. more
GRASP operates a thrift store to provide revenues to support the agency programs for needy families. Volunteers are needed Monday to Saturday to operate the store, display goods, sort clothing, and prepare donated items for sale. Assistance is also need with unloading and picking up donated items. Between the 6:30 and 8:00pm every last Thursday evening we ask volunteers to assist in childcare at our Transitional Living and Learning Center located at 5922 Blanco Road. The adults attend a Residential Meeting during this time and we have around 90 children that need attention. more

Transportation Volunteers drive and escort elderly clients, who can no longer drive, to scheduled doctor's appointments. They use their own vehicles, pick up clients at their homes, drive them to their doctor's office, remain with them and drive them back home. All clients live in northeast San Antonio.
