Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio needs your help to continue construction at our site near the intersection of Old Pearsall Rd. and 410. We are still looking for Friday and Saturday volunteers for August as we still have 8 homes to build. Some work will include loading and standing trusses, hanging blue board, snapping chalk lines, hanging siding, painting siding, installing fascia, soffit, baseboards, trim, windows, doors, shelving, roofing, hardware, landscaping, etc. If interested please contact volunteer services by phone or email.

This great event is open to having any one on site 14 years and older with a supervising adult. No experience is needed in order to volunteer. Habitat staff members will be at each house showing volunteers what needs to be done and assisting them if they choose to learn a new skill.

Directions:

From the Northside you would take I-35 S, merge onto 410 N, take exit 2, merge onto 410 access rd., turn left at Old Pearsall Rd, then turn right on Excellence Dr., then follow parking signs. From the Southside you would take 410 W, take exit 2, merge onto 410 access rd,. turn left ad Old Pearsall Rd., then turn right on Excellence Dr., then follow parking signs.
