LAMBA is a non-profit 501 (c) 7 organization dedicated to creating and maintaining sustainable natural surface singletrack mountain biking trails in the Linn County Iowa area. It is also committed to conservation efforts that will protect and sustain the areas where these trails are built.

Description:
Beverly Park was purchased by the City of Cedar Rapids in 1991 with a Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) grant from the Iowa DNR. The grant was part of the City Parks and Open Spaces funding group. The park is managed by the City of Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation Department. The grant was provided to help preserve the Bur Oak trees in the park. LAMBA takes pride in protecting the Bur Oak trees with yearly maintenance projects including caging young oaks, planting more oaks, and controlling garlic mustard and oriental bittersweet.
