inCOMMON Community Development exists to affront poverty through the cultivation of supportive community networks that participate in the holistic development of vulnerable populations and neighborhoods. We are focused on individual development, working to equip individuals, families and small groups in their companionship of an individual or family throughout and beyond their transition from poverty. We are also focused on neighborhood development in the Park Avenue neighborhood, organizing asset-based neighborhood development through resident empowerment, collaborative partnerships, and creative initiatives promoting relationship-building and long-term systemic change.
