Volunteer Opportunity - World Festival Volunteers

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Celebrate your ethnicity by participating in the Annual Rochester World Festival to be held at Mayo High School on April 13 and 14. The Rochester International Association is looking for volunteers to represent their ethnic heritage by performing and/or engaging in children's activities, cultural displays and food preparation for the World Festival on April 13(performances) and April 14 (children's activities, displays, food etc.).

• we need international people/ethnic groups to represent their country by performing (singing, dancing, instrumental); display tables with items and information on their country and background; cook ethnic food for the food service
• volunteers of all backgrounds to help organize and work during the event
• youth groups to take over one task (ushering, serving etc.)
• non-profit agencies with international/ethnic outlook are invited to display

No younger children. The performers have to be ready to perform.
