Volunteers are needed at Bamber Valley Elementary to help struggling readers. The responsibilities of this position are simply to sit with individual students and listen to them read aloud to you and occasionally help them to sound out challenging words. more

Classroom Volunteer Aides will assist elementary classroom teachers with classroom tasks. Tasks will vary based on the needs of the individual teacher at the time, but may include preparing instructional materials, creating bulletin boards, filing, or monitoring small groups of students working.
