Charter House is an affiliate of Mayo Foundation and its tradition of caring and quality. Retired people from 28 states and all walks of life make their homes at Charter House. Residents enjoy the benefits of Charter House's close proximity to Mayo Clinic and downtown Rochester.

Description:
Residents may select from a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment styles for independent living. Home healthcare, assisted-living programs and on-site skilled nursing care are available when needed.

Most of Charter House's need for volunteers is with the assisted-living programs. Volunteers perform music, facilitate pet visits, call BINGO, offer hand massages, read the newspaper, the list goes on! We have many residents who need a little help to create days full of enjoyment.
